REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Solstice & Sage, we are committed to providing exceptional food, beverages, and hospitality experiences.

Due to the nature of food service, prepared meals, beverages, and consumable products are generally non-refundable once served.

1. Food & Beverage Refunds

Refunds are not automatically issued for:

  • Guest taste preferences
  • Partially consumed meals
  • Delayed consumption by the guest
  • Menu misunderstandings after service

If a verified operational issue occurs, management may choose to:

  • Replace the item
  • Provide a meal adjustment
  • Offer store credit
  • Issue a partial refund at management discretion

2. Returns

Prepared meals and beverages cannot be returned once served.

Unopened retail merchandise, branded products, or gift items may qualify for exchange or store credit within 7 days when accompanied by the original receipt and original condition.

3. Delivery Orders

Guests must report delivery issues immediately upon receipt.

Once orders leave restaurant control and are transferred to third-party delivery services, timing and handling may be affected by external providers.

4. Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash except where required by law.

MEAL COMP POLICY

Solstice & Sage maintains a professional guest recovery and hospitality resolution policy.

Meal comps are issued solely at management discretion.

Situations That May Qualify

Management may consider a meal comp when:

  • Incorrect food was served
  • Significant operational delays occurred
  • Verified kitchen preparation errors occurred
  • Food quality failed internal standards
  • Exceptional guest recovery situations arise

Situations That Do Not Automatically Qualify

Meal comps will generally not be issued for:

  • Personal taste preferences
  • Fully consumed meals
  • Guest ordering errors
  • Alcohol overconsumption
  • Delays caused by guest arrival changes
  • Promotional misunderstandings

Comp Approval Authority

Only authorized management personnel may approve:

  • Full meal comps
  • Partial meal comps
  • Table discounts
  • VIP accommodations
  • Recovery adjustments

Comp abuse, fraudulent complaints, or disruptive behavior may result in refusal of future service.

DRINK COMP POLICY

Complimentary beverages and drink adjustments are offered selectively as part of guest hospitality and operational recovery.

Eligible Situations

7. Website Usage
